The 4-26 semi-automatic Hollow block brick paving bricks making machine can make different shape/size brick when replace with different mold ; Machine equip with Cement mixer and Conveyor Belt , just need 1-2 person can operate it
If you want to make different shape/size brick just need replace different molds ,Mold is customize according to custoemr requests
For example ,hollow block ,solid brick , Paving bricks, interlocking bricks, Kerbstone,Water channel and so on

Raw material ratio
1: Want to make the surface of the brick smoother, mainly depends on the raw materials. The best raw  materials  are  cement, stone powder,  and fine sand.  The following  three  methods  of raw material ratio                                                                             (1) Cement 10-15%, stone powder 60%, sand 25-30%                                                                             (2) 20% cement, 80% sand;                                                                                                                         (3) Stone powder 15%, sand 15%, cement 70%

2: Generally, the cement bricks can be dried on the second day, but the cement bricks need 4- 7 days ofmaintenance after molding, and need to be watered in an appropriate amount every day.
